Take Your Training Beyond the Classroom
Our optional Group Field Trips allow active clients to practice real-world skills in new environments alongside other service dog teams with the guidance of a Helping Howls trainer. It's a fun way to build confidence, strengthen public access skills, and continue learning together.

Our Current Schedule
-
Group Field Trips are open to active Helping Howls clients whose dogs have been evaluated with other dogs and have the foundational skills needed to safely participate in a group setting. Participation is subject to trainer approval.
-
Yes! Non-clients are welcome to complete a Group Outing Evaluation to determine if their team is ready. To schedule an evaluation, email info@helpinghowls.com with the subject line "Group Outing Evaluations."
-
Helping Howls is a positive reinforcement-based program. Prong collars, shock/e-collars, and leash corrections are not permitted during Group Field Trips.
-
Pricing varies depending on the activity, admission fees, and the amount of trainer support required. Smaller local outings are generally lower in cost, while larger destination events (such as museums, theme parks, or special attractions) may cost more. For larger events, payment plans are available to help make participation more accessible.

Upcoming Group Field Trips are announced throughout the year. Once registration opens, simply reserve your spot through the provided sign-up link above. Space is limited to ensure each team receives individualized coaching.
