Terms & Conditions
Full payment is due prior to all sessions beginning via cash, online payment, or Square invoice. Board & Training clients may enter a payment plan or pay in full via Square invoice prior to the drop off of client’s animal. Deposit is required for payment plans,
Client expressly acknowledges and understands that Trainer’s services will be provided in an environment where certain hazards may exist, including, but not limited to, debris in the training area, other animals and their owners, training equipment, water, and other natural hazards.
Client expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Trainer and Trainer’s agents and to pay all losses and damages suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify Trainer and Trainer’s agents from any claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with the provision of Trainer’s services to Client and/or Dog. If Dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including but not limited to Trainer and Trainer’s agents), during or after the term of this Agreement, then Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify Trainer and Trainer’s agents from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees.
If Dog is injured in a fight or in any other manner during or after the term of the Agreement, Client assumes the risk and agrees that Trainer should not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses.
At Trainer's sole election, Trainer's duties hereunder shall terminate if (a) in Trainer's sole judgment Dog is dangerous or vicious to Trainer or any other person or animal, or interferes with the training of other dogs, or (b) Client breaches any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination in accordance with the foregoing, Trainer's duties shall terminate but all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
In the event of an emergency or natural disaster, every effort will be made to contact you or your Agent to retrieve your Pet. You agree that Helping Howls, at its sole discretion, is authorized to transport, and/or to make temporary alternative arrangements to house and care for your Pet until you or your Agent can retrieve the Pet. You understand it may not always be possible to safely evacuate your Pet despite our best efforts.
Refund Policy
Group & Individual Lessons & Bundles:
If termination occurs after the first lesson and before the 2nd lesson, Client shall be entitled to a full refund less Twenty Percent (20%). There shall be no refunds given after the 2nd lesson.
Board & Training:
If you need to cancel your reservation for an upcoming stay, please email us at cancel@helpinghowls.com with more than 6 days notice and we are happy to give you a full refund for your pet’s reservation. Cancellations made 5 days prior to the scheduled reservation will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior or not showing up for your pet’s stay will not receive a refund and will be charged the full amount.
Photo & Video Policy:
Unless otherwise noted in writing, clients agree to themself, and their dog being used for marketing purposes including videos, and photos.
