AKC Fit Dog Club
Helping Howls’
Our club’s goal is to inspire handlers to engage in the regular exercise of their dogs through group walks, hikes, and our fit dog courses through the AKC. By completing different regular exercises & courses handlers are able to acquire three tiers of Fit Dog Titles. The levels include Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
We are offering a Virtual Fit Dog Level One course based on interest. If you are interested in this course, use the button below:
Upcoming Hikes & Runs.
Join us for a group hike/walk or community run. Hikes & Runs vary in length, but will all be one mile minimum. Each of these events counts towards all Fit Dog Title levels.
Pricing:
Group Hikes- $10 per person
Runs- $5 per person

Rules for Hikes & Runs:
Two Dogs Max per Person
No Flexi Leads or Long Lines
Bring potty bags & keep trails clean
All dogs must be healthy
All dogs must be kept on lead at all times
No on-leash greetings permitted
Hikes & Runs may be cancelled due to weather conditions. In this event refunds will be issued in full
